Strange how hard it rained...
April 19th 2009 was the GO! St. Louis Marathon and Half-Marathon. It was a rainy day of near-monsoon proportion. Regardless, we (me, Caron Easley and more than 15,000 runners/walkers) ran and i finished 13.1 miles in fair shape. transformation part II
this process has been teaching me patience and gratitude for what is involved in transformation of any kind... the results are stunning and worth the wait!
